Hi, I’m Nat
I believe vibrant health comes in all shapes and sizes.
I’m tired of hearing women talk about always being on a diet.
It makes me sad when I see them depriving themselves of special occasions, certain foods and drinks, and using all of their life energy on trying to stay in “control” of their weight, making them forgo their joy in life.
I want YOU to feel confident in your body by showing you how your health (and worth) are not determined by a certain dress size.
I want YOU to move past the guilt and shame you might feel around food and your weight, by teaching you about what actually creates vibrant health.
I want you to know you can create a life where you trust in the amazing body you have been gifted.
I believe there are three pillars of vibrant health:
Pillar 1
Physical
Wellbeing
Pillar 2
Mental
Wellbeing
Pillar 3
Emotional
Wellbeing
Great health is so much more than what you eat and how much exercise you do.
It’s about how you “do” life…
Do you
– give yourself permission to rest
– feel inspired by someone or something
– feel you can be yourself around others and not have to put on a façade
– forgive yourself when something doesn’t work out how you hoped, and
– not beat yourself up when you eat the cake at a party?
A major driver of weight is Stress.
Your body has an innate ability to determine what weight it should be at any time in your life –
it’s about being able to create the environment that allows it to find its own natural weight.
Hi! I’m Nat
I’ve battled with my weight my whole adult life and was very much a “dieter”. In my early 30’s I became chronically ill and it began my journey of discovering how deeply connected the mind and body truly are.
But it didn’t stop there – new battles arose with the conception and birth of my first child.
The media has sold us lies that you must look a certain way in order to be “healthy”, to feel confident and enjoy great health…
but you can actually have all that regardless of what number appears on the scales.
Great Health comes in all shapes and sizes!

When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

Having tried so many things over 4 decades to lose weight and gain health, I recognized it was my emotional eating that was my biggest challenge. I had lost my happiness and my authentic self through years of yo-yo dieting, being obsessed with my weight and taking things very personally that others said and did.
I wanted to live life feeling freer in my body and mind, without having to soothe myself with food. I honestly believed weight loss was my problem, and if I could just lose weight, then I would be happy.
A paralyzing fear nearly stopped me from doing 1 on 1 coaching with Nat, but I realized if I did not go beyond my comfort zone, then I was going to be stuck here forever, and knew I wanted to move forward, & didn’t know how to do it on my own.
My greatest takeaway was learning to let go of what others think of me and Nat helped me understand that I can only control my own thoughts, words and actions, and not anyone else’s. When I learnt to stop taking things personally, I felt a confidence I had been greatly lacking, and it stopped the emotional eating cycle.
Thank you, Nat, for giving me the tools to help not only with my health, but also with my relationships in life and business. Your way of coaching was super easy to understand and put into practice in my daily life and has been invaluable to me.
